Processing time

Most in-stock pieces ship within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces require 5–10 business days before dispatch. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order leaves the studio.

Domestic — Israel

International

Exact rates are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by their country.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel ships. For international orders, tracking may not update in real time once the parcel leaves Israel — this is normal.

Return window

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with original packaging. After 14 days, we cannot accept returns.

Non-returnable items

• Custom or engraved pieces — all sales final
• Made-to-order pieces — all sales final
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• Sale items

How to start a return

1. Email us at hello@noajewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original box. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, please photograph the piece and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Repairs

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If a Noa piece requires repair, contact us with your order details. Most repairs are free within one year of purchase. Beyond that, we assess case by case — we rarely say no.
