What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, production may have begun. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@noajewelry.com.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Every order ships in our signature matte black box with tissue paper. We can add a handwritten note — just leave a message at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic (Israel): 3–5 business days. International: 7–14 business days depending on destination. Express options available at checkout.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries. Free shipping on Israeli orders over ₪500. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also track your order from your account page.

Are your pieces truly handmade?

Yes. Every piece is hand-crafted in our Tel Aviv studio by Noa and a small team of artisans. We do not use mass production. Small variations in finish and patina are a natural part of the work.

What metals do you use?

We work primarily with sterling silver 925, solid brass, and copper. Select pieces use recycled 14k gold. All metals are ethically sourced.

Can I request a custom piece?

Absolutely. We love custom work — engravings, resizes, bespoke designs. Contact us with your idea and we'll follow up with a quote and timeline.

What is your return policy?

We accept exchanges within 14 days for unworn items in original condition. Custom and engraved pieces are final sale. To start an exchange, contact us with your order number.

What if my piece arrives damaged?

In the rare event of damage during transit, please photograph the item and packaging and contact us within 48 hours. We'll make it right.

Do you offer repairs?

Yes. We stand behind our work. If a Noa piece requires repair, contact us and we'll assess — most repairs are free within one year of purchase.
